Because all Paper Birch Press products are custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.

Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following cases:

• Items arrive damaged due to shipping

• Items arrive with a printing error caused by Paper Birch Press

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

We are not responsible for:

• Errors in spelling, grammar, or details approved by the customer

• Color variations between screens and printed materials

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or printer

​

All sales are considered final once an order is approved and sent to production.
